We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, usage data, and cookies necessary to operate the platform.

• To enable verification features (guide countersignatures)

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing), and only to the extent required to provide those services.

Verified logbook entries are shared with the guide who countersigned them. Group data is visible to group members as configured by the group lead. No data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention and deletion

You can export or delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings. We retain transaction records for the period required by applicable law.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and conduct regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
